Fair Use Policy

At XiTech, we want every Business Owner to get fast, reliable AI automation. To keep the platform stable and performing well for everyone, all subscription plans are subject to this Fair Use Policy.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures consistent service quality for all Business Owners using XiTech’s automation features, including:

  • AI-generated Messenger replies
  • Auto Follow-Up messages
  • Knowledge Base and Sales Engine processing
  • Other automation tools available on your plan

It helps us prevent excessive or abnormal usage from affecting performance for other Business Owners on the platform.

2. Included Usage

Each subscription plan includes a monthly AI reply allowance intended for normal business use. Included usage is shown on your Billing page and dashboard usage meter, and may be adjusted from time to time as our plans evolve.

3. What Happens When You Reach Your Limit

If your account reaches its included monthly usage, your AI Agent automatically switches to Essential Reply Mode to keep your business online without interruption. In this mode:

  • Your AI Agent continues responding to customers with simpler, shorter replies
  • Full Knowledge Base, Personality, and Sales Engine features are temporarily reduced
  • Core messaging stays active — your customers are never left without a reply

Essential Reply Mode is a courtesy feature. Full functionality automatically restores when:

  • Your monthly billing cycle resets, or
  • You upgrade to a higher plan, or
  • Additional usage is added to your account (where available)

4. Abnormal, Excessive, or Misuse

This policy covers normal business usage only. We reserve the right to review, limit, suspend, or adjust service for accounts showing abnormal, excessive, abusive, or system-disruptive usage, including:

  • Automated abuse or spam-like behavior
  • Attempts to overload the platform
  • Usage far beyond the intended scope of your subscribed plan
  • Actions that negatively affect platform stability or other users’ experience

5. Upgrades and Additional Usage

If your business grows beyond your plan’s included usage, you can:

  • Upgrade to a higher plan from your Billing page
  • Contact us about additional usage options
  • Move to a package that better fits your actual customer volume

6. Monitoring and Adjustments

We may monitor usage levels to maintain platform health and fair access for all Business Owners. We may update Fair Use thresholds or plan allocations from time to time for operational or technical reasons, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. No Unlimited High-Volume Usage

Unless explicitly stated in writing, no plan should be interpreted as permitting unlimited, high-volume, or abusive usage without reasonable limits. Any feature described as generous or high-capacity remains subject to normal, fair business use under this policy.

8. Acceptance

By using XiTech, you agree to this Fair Use Policy as part of your use of the platform and your subscription.
