Data Deletion Instructions

XiTech respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our platform, whether you’re a Business Owner using XiTech or a Customer who has messaged a business that uses XiTech.

For Business Owners

If you’d like to permanently delete your XiTech account and all associated data — including your store, products, orders, AI Agent settings, Knowledge Base, conversation history, and connected Facebook Page records — you have two options:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@xitechapp.online with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, and notify you once it’s done.

Option 2: Disconnect Your Facebook Page First

If you only want to stop XiTech from accessing your Facebook Page (without deleting your entire account), go to your AI Agent page and click “Disconnect” next to your connected Page. This immediately revokes our access to that Page and stops all message processing — no further messages will be sent or received on your behalf.

For Customers

If you’ve messaged a business that uses XiTech’s AI Agent on Facebook Messenger and would like your conversation data deleted:

  1. Contact the business directly — they can request deletion on your behalf, or
  2. Email us directly at support@xitechapp.online with the name of the Facebook Page you messaged and the approximate date of your conversation. We will locate and delete the relevant conversation records within 30 days.

Deleting Data via Facebook

If you signed in to XiTech using Facebook Login, or if a business connected your conversation via a Facebook Page, you can also trigger data deletion directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find XiTech in your list of connected apps
  3. Click Remove — this revokes XiTech’s access to your Facebook data and triggers our deletion process for any data we received from Facebook on your behalf

What Gets Deleted

When a deletion request is completed, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, login credentials)
  • Your store data (products, packages, promotions, images)
  • Your orders and customer records
  • Your AI Agent configuration (Personality settings, Knowledge Base, Sales Engine preferences)
  • Your Messenger conversation history
  • Your connected Facebook Page records and access tokens

Some information may be retained for a limited time where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax or accounting purposes), after which it is also deleted or anonymized.
