XiTech is an AI-powered Messenger automation platform that helps businesses respond to customer inquiries on Facebook instantly, consistently, and around the clock.
Any business — online sellers, service providers, bookings, and more — can connect their Facebook Page to XiTech and let an AI Agent handle customer conversations, informed by the business’s own products, FAQs, and preferred tone of voice.
How It Works
When a customer sends a message to a Facebook Page connected to XiTech, the AI Agent reads the message and generates a relevant, context-aware reply based on the business owner’s configured Knowledge Base, Personality settings, and Sales Engine approach.
Key capabilities include:
- Automated FAQ Responses — instantly answers common questions about products, services, pricing, and availability, based on the Knowledge Base the business owner has set up.
- Conversation Memory — the AI Agent remembers recent messages within a conversation, so customers don’t have to repeat themselves.
- Sales Engine Modes — the AI Agent can be configured to focus on lead capture, closing sales, booking assistance, or product recommendations, depending on the business’s needs.
- Auto Follow-Up — automatically re-engages customers who went quiet, within Facebook’s permitted messaging window.
- Flagged Questions for Review — when the AI Agent isn’t confident about how to answer a question, it still replies helpfully, but flags the question for the business owner to review and add to their Knowledge Base — so the AI Agent keeps improving over time.
User-Initiated Conversations Only
XiTech’s AI Agent responds only to messages initiated by the customer. It does not send unsolicited messages, broadcast marketing content, or contact users who haven’t first messaged the connected Page.
All automated replies occur within the context of the customer’s own conversation, in compliance with Meta’s Messenger Platform policies.
Meta 24-Hour Messaging Policy
XiTech operates within Meta’s standard 24-hour messaging window. Automated replies — including Auto Follow-Up messages — are only sent within the permitted time frame following a customer’s message. We do not use message tags for promotional purposes or send messages outside the standard window.
Page Access Authorization
XiTech connects to a Facebook Page only through an authorized connection initiated by the Page owner (the Business Owner) via Facebook’s official Login for Business flow. Business Owners explicitly grant this access and can disconnect their Page from XiTech at any time from their dashboard.
XiTech does not access, connect to, or interact with any Facebook Page without the explicit authorization of the Page owner.
Data Handling
Information processed through XiTech is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
